A bit of white wine to make our lives fresher!

The small plot of 00 ha 38 a of 100% Sauvignon Blanc is ideally located on a plateau where the grapes can grow without suffering from heat!

The plot is hand harvested in tiny crates and the wine is aged 7 to 17 months in top extra fine grains NEW oak barrels to bring fat and structure to what is to be kept for multiple years!

Annual production: 1200 – 2100 bottles
